- Get up an hour earlier every day and take time to visualize what you want to accomplish with your business
- Be clear about your goals, and visualize you achieving them every day.
- Set a schedule for your day, and try to stick to the schedule
- Try to set aside an entire weekend day for working your side business.
- Make sure you have your family on board with this first
- Believe that you can do it.
- Again, you must have a clear understanding of your goals so that you can see yourself doing them.
- Make priorities every day.
- Ask yourself “What 3 Things Must I Get Done Today?” Then, focus on those 3 things before you even think about anything else.
- Shift from an employee mindset to an entrepreneur mindset.
- Employees operate in a belief of scarcity. Spending money is thought of as being bad or naughty to do.
- Business owners think of expenses in terms of Investment, or Returns. It’s always ok to spend if you expect to gain more back in the long run.
- Study up more on the differences, and think more like an entrepreneur.
